This has to be one of my favorite brunch spots! I had a friend in the same industry as me, bring me here one day to meet up for a brunch date after not seeing them for a while.
The places decor is okay, I prefer sitting outside in the fresh air cause it can get really crowded. But their food is 12/10 would recommend. They have so many vegan options to choose from that are absolutely delicious, their version of egg slut (slutty bun) is immaculate! (I get the vegan version with the apple sage vegan sausage, wow!) I'm usually not even a pancake type of person, waffles all the way but I enjoy their pancakes very much! All of their drinks are delicious as well!
Even though they are extremely busy, their service is really good and they have such great hospitality. I've never had them get an order incorrect and they are super friendly and communicative. -

As my first solo trip on the age old East to West voyage, and my for my first breakfast in the city, you guys definitely did not disappoint!! Super patient and freindly waiters, but the blueberry french toast? The BEST damn french toast i've ever had!! And definitely on my top three meals i had during my stay in the City of Angels.

My new favorite cafe in LA! They got us seated right away and had an argue selection of foods. Really great vibe on Sunset and such a friendly staff. Totally worth making the trip.

Parking may be absolutely abysmal since it's on Sunset, but man...i agree with the other reviewers who say it's completely worth it.
This place has the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had. These ones are soft, perfectly seasoned, and addictive. I also LOVED their chilaquiles benedict, which was soo flavorful and yummy. I also had their lavender matcha lemonade which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The cardamom latte mostly just tasted like coffee with a light hint of cardamom in the aftertaste.
Service was also great! They don't check on you during the meal tbh because theyre so busy, but it was fine! They were super fast and friendly and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated because they moved like a well-oiled machine, putting tables together and pulling them apart as needed. Would say due to how close the seating is to each other, I wouldn't recommend this for big parties and would try for 2-4 people max.
As mentioned earlier, parking sucks in this area; there's no parking lot (don't be fooled by the nearby 99 cent store and baskin robbins lots youre not allowed to park in) and you'll have to drive around and around the neighborhood and pray to all the parking gods for a street parking space, but it's absolutely worth it!!! Can't wait to come back here and try more dishes.
